Networking 4 Charities brings social and business networking together with community and charitable activity through events that are enjoyable, energising and productive. Networking is all about creating opportunities: our events increase these by benefiting the whole community.
Attending networking events can be daunting, even for the experienced. Most of us have had to learn our networking skills by trial and error. When we're not getting the results we seek, it can be difficult to know how to make the changes needed.
At all Networking 4 Charities events, connections are facilitated through such things as introductions, tips, suggestions for effective icebreaker questions and more. Productive networking is encouraged and supported so that each person comes away with a number of new contacts and useful follow-up strategies.
Small charities that provide crucially needed support to the community often struggle for their very existence through lack of funding. Networking 4 Charities seeks to identify local worthy charities in need, address their funding gaps and raise awareness of the issues they deal with.
A portion of each ticket sold, along with other funds raised during the event, goes directly to the chosen charity for that event. Additionally, all attendees have the opportunity to find out more about the work being done by the featured organisation, and to engage with the people involved.
